Dear Year 4,

Today for shared reading, we read one of your chapter stories. It was written by Ethan and Ashley. The whole class laughed very hard as we all found the story very funny and entertaining. It was especially funny when the boy was ’shaking like a volcano’. We thought that you made great use of language in your writing and we also learnt that sometimes when you think you have a big problem like Ethan did, things don’t always turn out so bad. Luckily his dad was very forgiving. We are looking forward to read the rest of your stories.
